They stress a "hire to retire" philosophy, constantly emailing us about growth opportunities and open positions within the company. Whether you want to go into administration or stay in clinical work, you can grow here.
I started with ABC as a behavior therapist (BT), but through working with the kids, I realized that I have skills that could make a real difference in their lives. I started working with a mentor, got certified as an RBT, and now I'm on my way to becoming a BCBA.
If you want to go into the administrative side of things, you can absolutely do that, or if you want to stay working on the clinical side of things, ABC will support you to go to school to become a BCBA.
Hear from our RBTs
“I had worked with children in the past as a teacher, and I was interested in moving toward a more therapeutic, one-on-one environment. I’ve loved the team environment here, and it’s really given me a lot of chances to grow both personally and professionally.”
"You really feel like part of a family at ABC and are always supported and encouraged. I love our culture, the way our team cares for each other. I’ve never seen anything like it anywhere else. When families walk into an ABC center, they can feel the love and fun."
“The RBT training gives teammates a solid foundation. The best part of training is that new teammates are paired with practicum students who are in the Everest Program. They get to strengthen their teaching skills, and new hires get to see what the future might hold."

Market Leaders are high-level clinical and operational leaders responsible for aligning multiple centers under a shared vision. They mentor Regional Clinical Directors (RCDs) and Regional Directors of Operations (RDOs), shape strategy decisions, and ensure each center in their region thrives.
Senior Regional Clinical Directors oversee the clinical operations of multiple centers. They mentor Clinical Directors, monitor training and compliance, and maintain a small caseload of children.
Regional Clinical Directors are cross-center leaders who provide strategic guidance, mentor BCBAs, and ensure compliance with clinical standards. They maintain a small caseload and work collaboratively with Clinical Directors to deliver effective ABA therapy services.
Group Clinical Directors lead clinical operations across a subset of centers within a geographic region. They focus on training and supervising BCBAs, implementing best practices, and carrying a limited caseload of children.
Senior Clinical Directors mentor Clinical Directors within a region while continuing to support their home center. They balance leadership duties, ongoing training, and compliance efforts with direct care for a small number of families.
Clinical Directors lead the day-to-day clinical operations at their center. They mentor BCBAs, guide therapists, conduct Family Guidance sessions, and ensure all care meets the highest standards of excellence. They also maintain a small caseload of children.
Assistant Clinical Directors provide hands-on leadership by supporting the Clinical Director, mentoring therapists, and managing a small caseload. They help with training, clinical audits, and maintaining consistent care quality across all autism services.
Senior BCBAs provide early intervention for children with autism by delivering direct ABA therapy, supervising therapists, and setting individualized goals with families.
BCBAs are at the heart of clinical care at ABC. They design and oversee compassionate care in ABA therapy for children with autism, supervise therapists, collaborate with families, and ensure each child is progressing toward their developmental and behavioral goals.
In the Everest Program, Rising Star+ teammates are on the cusp of BCBA certification. They’ve completed their master’s program and supervision hours and are studying for the BCBA exam.
Rising Stars teammates are participants in our BCBA practicum program who have completed most of their master’s coursework and supervision hours.
Trainees are RBTs in the Everest Program who are enrolled in a BCBA master’s program and are ready to begin their supervised fieldwork journey.
Our therapists provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a fun and engaging environment. This is an entry-level autism therapist role, and we help all teammates become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) within their first 90 days.
