New Centers Project Manager - Dallas/Fort Worth


Job Description
This role serves as the primary point of contact for contractors and vendors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in executing projects with precision and efficiency.
While this role requires travel and occasional extended hours during key project phases, it offers the opportunity to directly impact the successful launch of new centers and expand access to care for children and families. Training will be provided, but the right candidate will quickly take ownership and operate independently with confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and communicate project timelines, milestones, and updates with internal teams and leadership
- Partner with contractors to define scope, expectations, and deliverables
- Coordinate and schedule contractors to ensure timely project completion
- Oversee ordering and setup of initial center inventory and operational needs
- Collaborate with Office Managers to support center openings and readiness
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor and vendor communications
- Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc projects as needed
- 3–5 years of construction project management experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in hands-on environments and navigating tools, materials, and build-outs
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in dynamic settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to execute independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus

- For this role we're looking for a teammate that is Dallas/Fort Worth based and comfortable with traveling throughout this region. Additional responsibilities may require travel throughout other ABC markets as needed.

Compensation: $80,000 - 90,000 base + performance based bonus potential ABC is an equal opportunity employer.
