Each center is purpose-built, and each community of teammates is nurtured.    Why Quality Assurance: We are looking for a motivated, top-notch Quality Assurance Specialist I who wants to be a part of a stellar team and deliver exceptional results.  Simply put - we are different, and we aim to be the best. The right candidate will be a natural self-starter with extremely strong attention to detail. We will train on specific task items listed below, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own.  Required:

• 2 years of RBT and Central Reach experience. 
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Responsibilities:

• Performs daily documentation audits to ensure adherence to ABC Medical Record policy and accurate billing.
• Ensure completion of the medical record and appointment conversion occur within 24 hours of the appointment date and time.
• Take necessary action to ensure timely resolution for any errors found in documentation.
• Work with clinicians that are out of compliance and complete any outstanding notes/appointment conversions.
• Communicate with clinical staff in a cordial and professional manner.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Enjoys being a team player.
• Prioritizes and completes all work in an accurate, effective and efficient manner.
• Takes on additional responsibilities provided by Team Lead
