Sharon is responsible for ongoing human resources operations at Action Behavior and for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Sharon is responsible for ongoing human resources operations at Action Behavior and for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. She collaborates with clinical and business leaders to design career pathways, continuously evolve investments in the ABC teammate experience, and support best-in-class teammate growth and development.

Sharon brings over 20 years of multisite HR experience, including roles at NBC Universal and DaVita Kidney Care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her older daughter Scarlett’s softball team, and being a proud cheer mom to her younger daughter, Sofia. She is also passionate about fitness and maintaining an active lifestyle.

She earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida with high honors and an M.S. in Human Resources from Troy University. Additionally, she holds Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certifications.
