Phoebe Smith

Sr. Family Advocate – Denver

Phoebe Smith is a Senior Family Advocate at Action Behavior Centers, bringing more than four years of experience with ABC and a deep commitment to helping families navigate autism services with confidence. Based in Colorado, she supports families across a wide region from Fort Collins to Fountain, and since stepping into her current advocacy role in January 2025, she's been a driving force behind initiatives and campaigns across multiple ABC markets.

Phoebe is especially passionate about access to care, working to help families understand and effectively use their benefits, break down systemic barriers, and feel genuinely empowered at every step of the process. She believes advocacy isn't just about opening doors; it's about giving families the tools, knowledge, and confidence to walk through them and show up fully for their children and communities.

In March 2026, Phoebe was honored with the Family Advocate of the Year award, a reflection of the meaningful impact she brings to this work every day. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Hospitality from Texas Tech University, and outside of work, she loves volunteering in her Lafayette community, catching live music at Red Rocks Amphitheater, and spending time with her family, friends, and two cats.
