Maddy Cooper
Family Advocate – Dallas-Fort Worth
Maddy is a Senior Family Advocate at Action Behavior Centers, bringing five years of experience and a career path that speaks for itself. Having grown through roles as a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®), Clinic Admissions Associate, Senior Clinic Admissions Associate, and Family Advocate, she brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to her work, one that spans the clinical, operational, and family-facing sides of the ABC experience.
Her journey at ABC has given her a deep understanding of what families go through and a genuine commitment to making sure they feel supported, informed, and empowered every step of the way. Maddy is especially passionate about building meaningful connections within the autism community and helping families access the care and resources they need.
Outside of work, she lives in Dallas with her partner, Maxwell, and their two dogs, Zeus and Peter, and loves spending evenings on a patio with live music and good food, or squeezing in a competitive round of golf with friends and family.
