Who inspires you as a Senior Regional Clinical Director?

I am inspired by my team. The clinical leaders I have an opportunity to partner with consistently bring new ideas, energy, and a commitment to growth that challenges me to be a better leader, collaborator, and clinician.

What do you love most about working at ABC?

What I appreciate the most about working at ABC is the shared mindset that once we know better, we strive to do better. This ultimately drives a culture poised on learning how to continuously improve and enhance not only the services we provide, but allows us as human beings the grace and flexibility to grow in a meaningful way.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

I find it most rewarding when I get to see others grow- whether it’s professionally, personally, or in confidence. Being part of that journey and helping create the space for it to happen is something I truly value.

What is your advice for a new clinician at Action Behavior?

My advice would be to stay curious. Ask questions, seek to understand the bigger picture, and remain open to new ideas. Having a curious mindset will help you build meaningful connections and learn invaluable lessons as you grow in your role.
