Brooke Leibig
Sr. Family Advocate – Houston
Brooke is a Senior Family Advocate at Action Behavior Centers, overseeing the Houston region as well as Corpus Christi and College Station within the Greater Texas region. She's been with ABC since June 2019, starting as a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) before transitioning into operations as a Clinic Admissions Associate, and stepping into her current advocacy role in January 2025.
Her journey has given her a well-rounded, deeply informed perspective on the family experience. Brooke has a personal connection to the autism community through her brother, which continues to fuel her passion for expanding access to care and making sure families feel genuinely supported at every turn. She's been involved in advocacy in just about every capacity, from direct community engagement to behind-the-scenes data collection and organization, and is known across the Family Advocacy team for her expertise in data management and keeping things running smoothly.
Outside of work, Brooke is all about fun and connection. You'll find her cheering on the Houston Astros, holding court at trivia night, hosting game nights with friends and family, and spending time at home with her partner Trevor and their dog, Ruby.
