Amy Perris
Family Advocate – North Carolina, South Carolina, & Minnesota
Amy Perris is the Family Advocate for North Carolina, South Carolina, and Minnesota, bringing a warm, family-centered approach to every family she supports. She joined Action Behavior Centers in 2025 as a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) and transitioned into advocacy shortly after, drawing on her hands-on experience with autistic children to better support families navigating services and accessing resources.
Amy is passionate about early intervention, family-centered advocacy, and making sure every caregiver feels informed, heard, and empowered throughout the process. She works closely with caregivers and community partners across all three of her markets to help families feel connected and supported at every step.
Amy holds a B.S. in Public Health and Health Systems Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earned in 2025, and finds it deeply rewarding to see the real difference advocacy makes for the families she serves. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time with friends, and thrifting.
