Our centers are lively and engaging places for children. In the center-based setting, children ages 18 months–8 years can learn new skills like speaking, potty training, and interacting with their peers.
ABC at Home
An at-home environment allows children to engage in play-based learning that mirrors real-life situations. Children work one-on-one with a qualified clinician who teaches them how to apply what they're learning to real-life situations.
ABC Academy
This innovative program provides part-time or full-time ABA therapy for children ages 5–12. Children receive individualized instruction and learn skills that can prepare them for the future.

Frequently asked questions
What is ABA therapy, and how does it work?
Applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy is an evidence-based treatment for autism that uses positive reinforcement and play-based techniques to help children reduce target behaviors and learn new skills.
ABA therapy, like that administered at Action Behavior Centers, is tailored to the individual needs of the child.
When is the best time for my child to begin ABA therapy?
The earlier, the better! Clinical research has shown that children with autism who start ABA therapy early (around age 2) are more likely to reach important developmental milestones. It also increases their chances of starting school on time alongside their peers. In fact, some children progress so well with early treatment that by the time they reach school age, they are functioning at the same level as their neurotypical classmates.
These children often have some things in common: they were diagnosed and treated early.
Does ABA therapy work for autism?
Yes! Every child with autism is unique, and some children experience more significant progress with ABA therapy than others. However, studies show that children who receive two or more years of intensive behavioral interventions, such as ABA therapy, can often participate in school and social activities at the same level as their peers.
Does ABA therapy mean my child is “stuck” at a table all day repeating the same tasks?
No way! At Action Behavior Centers, we create an exciting environment for learning. While sitting at a table may be a developmental goal for school readiness, there are so many other skills to learn and fun to have.
Our centers feature designated “Eats and Crafts” spaces that are used daily for exciting activities. Circle Time, another daily event, brings therapists, BCBAs, and children together to sing, laugh, and learn. Children can also participate in energetic, therapist-led activities like group exercises and sensory rooms.
