The staff here is on point! I would highly recommend registering in this ABA program. Our son is 4 years old and has shown major improvement since he’s been enrolled (1.5 months). Never have had a bad experience, all of the therapists here are very good with all children from what I’ve witnessed. The director always greets us at the door at drop off and pick up with a very positive attitude. We have really enjoyed the warmth from this center! Our child has progressed very well in the little time that he has attended. Would rate 10 stars if possible! Is ABA therapy in Minneapolis covered by insurance?
Many families across Minneapolis and the Twin Cities use insurance to help cover the cost of ABA therapy. Our teammates work directly with families to verify benefits, explain coverage, and manage pre-authorizations so the process feels as simple and supported as possible.
We're in-network with many major insurance plans, and in many cases, ABA therapy may be available at little to no cost depending on your coverage. Please note that Medicaid is not accepted in Minnesota at this time. We also offer financial assistance options designed to help make care more accessible for families.
Who can diagnose autism?
In the U.S., autism is diagnosed by qualified medical and mental health professionals through a comprehensive evaluation. This process may include direct observation, developmental history, caregiver interviews, and standardized diagnostic tools to determine whether a child meets criteria for autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Many children can be evaluated as early as age 2.

Our internal data show that children with autism who require comprehensive ABA therapy (25 or more hours per week) experience, on average, an 86% reduction in challenging behaviors such as aggression, elopement, property destruction, and self-injury. Most of this progress happens within the first year of treatment. Even as therapy hours are gradually reduced by about 20% over time, children continue to show lasting improvements.
