Graphic Designer Type: Full Time Salary: $50,000 OUR MISSION At Action Behavior Centers (ABC), we help children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) reach milestone moments. Compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, and our highly trained clinicians deliver evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy tailored to each child’s unique needs. Our autism services include diagnostic support, 1:1 care, parent training, school readiness programs, and Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) across hundreds of centers in Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Because no family should have to wait for help, ABC offers immediate access to care. ROLE OVERVIEW The Graphic Designer supports ABC’s Creative Services team by designing high-quality digital and print materials that advance marketing, recruiting, clinical, and internal communication initiatives. This role is highly collaborative and execution-focused, reporting to the Creative Operations Manager. The Graphic Designer works across campaigns, events, recruiting materials, website content, and internal platforms, contributing creative work that is on-brand, clear, and scalable. Success in this role requires strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design Execution & Production
  • Design digital and print assets including social graphics, brochures, flyers, signage, presentations, and campaign materials
  • Support paid media, recruiting, field marketing, and internal communications with consistent high-quality creative
  • Ensure all creative assets align with ABC brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and visual identity
Event & Campaign Support
  • Design and produce branded materials for major ABC events, conferences, and recruiting initiatives
  • Support campaign execution by creating assets aligned to creative briefs, timelines, and messaging goals
  • Prepare production-ready files and support coordination with print and external vendors as needed
Templates & Scalable Assets
  • Build, maintain, and update editable templates in Canva and Adobe for repeatable use cases
  • Support scalable production of regional, field-facing, and recruiting materials
  • Contribute to improving efficiency and consistency through reusable creative assets
Web & Internal Platform Design
  • Support layout and visual updates to the ABC website in partnership with marketing and external web development teams
  • Contribute to visual enhancements for internal platforms (e.g., The Key) with a focus on clarity and usability
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Creative Operations, Integrated Marketing, Recruiting, Provider Liaison teams, and external agencies to clarify briefs, priorities, and timelines
  • Support documentation of creative workflows and intake processes as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1–4 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva; basic knowledge of HubSpot or Webflow is a plus
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling across digital and print
  • Basic motion graphics and video editing skills a plus, but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects with competing deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for consistency, accuracy, and quality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred
