  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all analytics solutions, reporting pipelines, and data handling processes adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines, patient privacy standards, and internal data governance rules.
  • Change Management & Training: Assist with training documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides to support seamless adoption of new IT systems across clinical and administrative staff.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within healthcare, clinical operations, or human services environments.
  • Technical Proficiencies:
    • Proficiency with Agile tracking tools like Jira and Confluence.
    • Strong experience in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).
    • Basic understanding of SQL and data structures to assist with requirements validation and testing.
  • Domain Expertise: Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) operational workflows, healthcare billing/RCM, or commercial EHR/practice management software.
  • Core Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, active listening, clear technical writing, and the ability to translate complex clinical requirements into clear IT specifications.
  • Compliance: Working knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and patient data privacy standards.
  • Solid business acumen, with broad understanding of business terminology and processes
  • Strong Business and Technical documentation skills

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and team-working skills
  • Detail oriented in all aspects of their work
  • Demonstrated project management skills to achieve target timelines and ensure quality outcomes with minimal supervision or guidance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
