Position Description:
The Base Camp Facilitator is an operational role designed to support upcoming test takers by ensuring they have an enriched and productive environment. This role partners closely with the clinical team’s Rising Star Coaches to facilitate content dissemination and utilization. The Base Camp Facilitator reports to Everest’s Base Camp Coordinator.

This role partners closely with the clinical team’s Rising Star Coaches to facilitate content dissemination and utilization. The Base Camp Facilitator reports to Everest’s Base Camp Coordinator.
Role Description
- Motivate and positively influence teammates as they prepare for the next milestone in their career.
- Partner with local OMs to ensure teammates are prepared and participating in Base Camp to receive the greatest impact. This may include coordinated or independent conversations to improve the teammate’s professional and work related responsibilities (e.g., working well with peers, clocking in on time, requesting / entering PTO, reporting to the correct location).
- Collaborate with the Rising Star Coach to drive successful completion and comprehension of exam prep materials. Includes, but not limited to monitoring daily completion, establishing daily goals, and reinforcing goal achievement.
- Facilitate an enriched and structured environment for Base Camp attendees. Tasks include, but are not limited to, managing building operations, providing food and drinks, ensuring technology is securely stored, and keeping the environment organized.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team of stakeholders to mediate teammate needs and decision making for continuous program improvement.
- Willingness to travel to other regions to assist with Base Camp, as needed
- Demonstrate flexibility as the needs of the program evolves
Qualifications
- Has at least 1 year experience at ABC
- Previously or currently serve as an ABC Sr. CAA, RBT Trainer, or above
- Must reside within the Base Camp’s region
- History of success managing large work loads and managing teammate performance
- Ability to quickly develop relationships with teammates, center / regional leaders
- Effectively and systematically communicates up, down, and across tiers
- Establishes self as a leader by following through on commitments, seeking resources and solutions for teammates, and engaging meaningfully
- Identified as a meaningful and sought after resource by peers
- Respond and adjust behavior when feedback is provided
- Takes initiative to drive culture for their team and throughout the center
- Organized, meets timelines, proficient in Google Suite
Base Salary: $50,000- $55,000 + Bonus potential
