  • Support the annual tax provision process, including preparing data, working with external advisors, and reviewing work product

  • Build and maintain a tax projection model

  • Support quarterly estimated tax calculations (corporate and partnership/K-1 related)

  • Work with FP&A to validate projections and analyze variances

  • Track and manage tax notices, payments, and audit requests

  • Prepare and support responses to tax authorities

  • Maintain organized and complete tax records and documentation

  • Support 1099 reporting and personal property tax filings

  • Coordinate with payroll and accounting teams on tax-related items

  • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Payroll, and Operations to gather and validate data

  • Help improve data processes and standardize workpapers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 4–6 years of tax experience (public accounting preferred)

  • Experience with federal and multi-state tax compliance

  • Exposure to corporate and/or partnership taxation

  • Experience supporting or reviewing tax provision is a plus

  • Strong Excel skills; experience working with models and large datasets

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Able to work independently once up to speed

Preferred

  • CPA

  • Experience with tax projections, forecasting, or provision work

  • Experience with K-1 reporting or private equity-backed structures
