Job Description
Action Behavior Centers is a leading provider of ABA therapy services for children on the Autism Spectrum. Founded in Austin, Texas, we are looking for a motivated, top-notch Credentialing Auditor who wants to be a part of a stellar team and deliver exceptional results. We are a smart, fun place to work. We will train on specific task items listed below, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own. Required:

- Ability to speak eloquently about past accomplishments
- 2-10 years of previous job experience
- 1-5 years of credentialing experience preferred
- 2 + years of experience in an administrative role required (preferably Behavioral Health or Healthcare)
- Delegated Credentialing experience preferred
- Fully understand CAQH Attestations and processing
- Proficient at using Excel and Word (Google Suite Products preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and complete work accurately and efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
- Manage the credentialing inbox, including responding to messages and coordinating with internal teams and external contacts as needed.
- Follow up with payers to keep credentialing items moving and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and review provider data to keep everything accurate and up to date across systems, including Salesforce.
- Support data quality efforts by maintaining standards, identifying issues, and assisting with cleanup as needed.
- Pull and organize data for reporting and team needs.
- Review credentialing records for committee purposes, providing feedback and supporting training for Specialists when needed.
- Help with backlog and re-credentialing work as needed.
- Support committee-related tasks, including reassigning files and coordinating with leadership when needed.
- Assist with special projects, including at least one ongoing project per month.
- Work with internal teams to improve processes and keep systems running smoothly.
- Be a team player and support overall team success.
- Complete work accurately and efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
- Manage your time effectively and stay on top of competing priorities.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and goals.
- Communicate regularly and clearly with the Credentialing Manager and team.
- Be approachable, collaborative, and open to feedback.
- Take initiative, solve problems, and look for ways to improve processes.
- Be on time for meetings and responsive in chats and team communications.
