Job Description
Position: Visiting Clinical Program Director
Type: Full Time
Location: Remote with travel
This position will lead the Visiting BCBA Program under the supervision of the VP of Clinical Services. This is a director level role that will oversee the successful development and growth of the Visiting BCBA program with partnership from regional directors and market level leaders.
Position Description

Monitor hiring goals, interview candidates, and work closely with clinical talent advisors

Onboard and train Visiting BCBAs
-
Provide additional onboard training specific to telehealth (e.g., clinical practices, relationship building through telehealth, use of technology)
-
Continue training through monthly meetings, question answering, and one off skills training sessions
-
Oversee multi-state license priorities, timelines, followthrough, payment processing, and credentialing communication
-

Retrain and performance manage Visiting BCBAs
-
Monitor clinical KPIs and solicit center level feedback to develop goals with Visiting BCBAs
-
Identify and retrain on skill gaps, reinforce improvement, implement next steps in progressive discipline as needed
-
Provide RCDs and CDs guidance on reinforcement and performance strategies
-
Oversee annual performance reviews

Mediate conversations and facilitate action plans as concerns arise from the BCBA, CD, OM, RCD, or RDO
-

Delegate Visiting BCBA resources across markets and communicate decisions to regionals and Market Leaders
-
Manage travel arrangements and coordinate with travel leaders and finance to resolve travel related barriers

Partner with HR on Visiting BCBA leave of action, accommodations requests, and traveling parent benefits
-
Demonstrate flexibility as the needs of the program evolves
-
Respond and adjust behavior when feedback is provided

Assist with other projects when time permits
Qualifications
-
Has at least 3 years of experience at ABC
-
Either currently or previously held an ABC role as:
-
RCD (no minimum tenure)
-
GCD (no minimum tenure)
-
Sr. CD (minimum of 6 months) or
-
HQ equivalent role (minimum of 6 months)

Demonstrates a strong working relationship with director and market level leaders
-
Demonstrates excellence through KPIs and core values
-
Has a strong understanding and experience partnering with leaders and key decision makers across departments
-
Experience in organizational behavior management strongly preferred
-
Experience in the delivery, training, or management of telehealth services
-
Demonstrates an ability to quickly access current policies, procedures, and resources independently
-
Friendly, genuine personality who enjoys helping others
-
Strong organization skills, independent motivation, reinforced by meeting goals

Accepts and applies feedback

Proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce
