What is it like to be a BCBA at Action Behavior?
As a BCBA with us, you'll join a network of clinicians delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to the children and families they serve.
Smaller caseloads = bigger impact
BCBAs manage an average of six children, with a max caseload of eight, supported by a team of nine RBTs.
A clear path to BCBA leader
We grow leaders from within. Structured pathways take determined clinicians from Sr. BCBA to Associate Clinical Director, Clinical Director, Group Clinical Director, Regional Clinical Director, and Market Leader.
Mentorship from the best in the field
Our leadership includes some of the most respected names in behavior analysis, training and guiding BCBAs to keep clinical quality and compassionate care at the center of everything.
Own your future at ABC
Through our Citizenship Program, Sr. BCBAs and those in higher clinical roles can earn company ownership through long-term financial incentives and help shape ABC's strategic direction.
Competitive financial perks
Monthly performance incentives, student loan repayment, tuition discounts, CEU reimbursement, 401K matching, industry-leading salaries, and paid parental leave with return bonuses and short-term disability benefits.
Benefits that support your well-being
We partner with Calm, DailyPay, and DoorDash to support physical and mental health. Each month, our Restore Program awards paid vacations to teammates nominated for living our core values.
