Smaller caseloads = bigger impact
Our BCBAs manage an average caseload of six children, with a maximum of eight. Each BCBA is supported by a dedicated team of nine Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Smaller caseloads allow for more individualized care, more meaningful collaboration, and better outcomes for the children we serve.

Your role as a BCBA
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Action Behavior, you'll use your expertise to provide life-changing ABA therapy for children with autism in your community.
Your day-to-day role as a BCBA with us may involve the following:
Providing ABA therapy case management for children on the autism spectrum. This involves overseeing every aspect of their therapy to ensure each child receives the attention and care they need to thrive.
Completing initial intake and recurring assessments, collecting data, and setting individualized therapy goals. Your expertise will help shape interventions that help children with autism make significant progress in areas like communication, social skills, adaptive living skills, and more.
Conducting biweekly Family Guidance sessions. These sessions give parents and caregivers the tools they need to support their child’s development at home.
Leading and educating a team of RBTs. You will mentor and guide your team and support them in providing high-quality ABA therapy.
Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst looking to work in center operations?
No matter where you are in your professional journey, Action Behavior offers clear pathways for determined individuals to develop increasing levels of responsibility. Our Clinical Directors (CDs) are BCBAs and the clinical counterparts of our Operations Managers. Together, these individuals lead teammates and make important decisions regarding how each center runs.
BCBA to Clinical Director: Possible career path

Clinical Director (CD)
Oversees the center’s clinical programs and guides BCBAs and therapists. They ensure high-quality training and compliance and handle a caseload of three children. This person performs assessments, sets therapy goals, provides approximately 15 treatment hours per week, and leads Family Guidance sessions.
