Clinical Guidance: Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team—featuring leaders our Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Charna Mintz. Drs. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Gregory Hanley, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri Continuing Education. Complimentary in-house CEUs between 6-8 per year. Plus additional dollars to attend CEUs of your choice + 2 paid days off to attend. - Develop Individualized Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
- Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
- Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
- Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
