The Strategic Planning and Business Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in ABC’s Everest Program, a fellowship program designed to fast-track the development of internal Board Certified Behavior Analysts (“BCBAs”). This position will report to the Manager of Strategic Planning & Business Operations and will work closely with cross-functional partners across Clinical, People Services, Business Intelligence, and Operations. This is a high visibility role with exposure to senior executives at the Company. To be effective in this role, a candidate must first be grounded in strong data analytics and forecasting/modeling skills. To be a rockstar, a candidate must be able to take the insights derived from analysis and effectively partner with the functional teams in the field to drive outcomes.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own the development, refinement, and ongoing maintenance of all models and underlying data supporting the Everest program. This includes making sure data is complete and updated in a timely manner for reporting to senior leadership.
- Build and prepare a monthly data summary to deliver to senior leadership on the health of the Everest program.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical, People Services, and Business Intelligence, to support all initiatives tied to the Everest program.
- Identify opportunities to expand and optimize the Everest program to support growth across the company.
- Monitor scheduling and forecast hiring needs in order to support our Rising Stars within the Everest program.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and analyze trends to help drive the direction of the Everest program.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., data analytics, economics, engineering, finance, or mathematics) preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, sales, or business operations.
- Demonstrated ability to ingest large data sets, synthesize key insights, and present KPIs through visually appealing reports and dashboards.
- Strong strategic thinking capability. Ability to break down complex/ambiguous business problems into actionable drivers.
- Strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic environment with competing projects and deadlines. Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects.
- Proactive and positive team player. Ability to build strong business relationships, foster teamwork, and influence decision-making across various functions and at multiple levels.

Compensation & Schedule:
- $70,000-$85,000 salary + annual performance bonus
- Hybrid role - will report to our HQ (6300 Bee Caves Rd BLDG 2 - 100, Austin, TX 78746) - 3 days a week.
