Required: ● Include a short, customized cover letter - why are you the best fit for the role? ● When you upload your resume, please upload in PDF format ● Ability to speak eloquently about past accomplishments ● 1-5 years of previous credentialing experience and/or leadership experience ● Fully understand CAQH Attestations and processing ● Familiarity with NCQA standards Responsibilities: ● Provide oversight and strategic direction for the provider enrollment and onboarding functions across all assigned regions, ensuring compliance with payer delegation requirements and internal performance standards. ● Supervise and support multiple Team Leads responsible for Licensed Psychologist enrollment teams, ensuring consistent execution of workflows and adherence to timelines. ● Monitor overall team performance metrics, file submission rates, and payer turnaround times to ensure timely and accurate enrollment outcomes. ● Serve as a key escalation point for complex or high-impact contracting and credentialing issues; facilitate resolution with payers and internal leadership. ● Oversee development, training, and performance of Team Leads, including conducting leadership one-on-ones, team calibration meetings, and performance reviews. ● Ensure that all team leads are effectively managing their direct reports, maintaining accountability for timecards, task assignments, and workload completion. ● Oversee maintenance and accuracy of the provider enrollment database, ensuring data integrity and timely updates across all teams. ● Evaluate provider application processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. ● Oversee monthly expirations and attestations, ensuring all regions meet renewal deadlines and maintain active provider statuses. ● Lead the development and continual improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and training materials to maintain consistency across internal and external (outsourced) teams. ● Monitor the central inbox process and ensure timely, professional communication standards are upheld across all teams. ● Review and distribute provider change, termination, and location update reports, ensuring follow-up and proper documentation. ● Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Credentialing, Compliance, and Operations to align on priorities, resolve escalations, and support strategic initiatives. ● Lead new team lead onboarding and oversee comprehensive training programs for new hires and internal promotions. ● Provide executive-level reporting and analysis of team productivity, quality, and compliance metrics. ● Partner with the Credentialing Director to oversee and execute all delegated payer functions in alignment with organizational and payer requirements. ● Maintain proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, Word, and Salesforce, and support adoption of new technologies or tools that enhance team performance. Maintain strong organizational and planning skills to effectively manage priorities and workload. 3. Communicate proactively, clearly, and consistently with the Credentialing Manager and team members. 4. Be open, approachable, and receptive to feedback, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement. 5. Consistently meet deadlines and team goals through focus, accountability, and follow-through. 6. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and actively contribute to improving processes and efficiencies. 7. Uphold a professional, solutions-driven mindset that supports collaboration and operational excellence.
