We will train on specific task items listed below, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own. Required: ● Include a short, customized cover letter - why are you the best fit for the role? ● When you upload your resume, please upload in PDF format ● Ability to speak eloquently about past accomplishments ● 1-5 years of previous credentialing experience and/or leadership experience ● Fully understand CAQH Attestations and processing ● Familiarity with NCQA standards Responsibilities: ● Oversee provider enrollment and onboarding functions for Licensed Psychologists within assigned and overflow regions, ensuring compliance with delegated payer requirements. ● Process, track, and manage provider applications to ensure timely enrollment and accurate data entry. ● Resolve payer information requests promptly and escalate issues as appropriate. ● Facilitate payer calls to address and resolve contracting or credentialing issues. ● Supervise up to eight direct reports; review and approve timecards, assign weekly priorities, and ensure completion of all deliverables and reporting ● Conduct one on one meetings with all direct reports on a weekly or bi-monthly basis ● Maintain and update the provider enrollment database, including adding new providers and modifying existing records as needed. ● Independently review provider applications for completeness, identify credentialing concerns, and request additional information or documentation as required. ● Prioritize and complete work accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines. ● Contribute to departmental goals and cross-functional initiatives by completing related tasks or special projects as assigned. ● Manage monthly expirations and attestations, coordinating with specialists to ensure all renewals are completed on time. ● Develop, implement, and update workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reference materials for both internal and external (outsourced) teams. ● Oversee the primary team inbox, ensuring all communications and requests are addressed promptly and professionally. ● Process and distribute all provider change and termination reports. ● Conduct new hire training and facilitate regular one-on-one meetings (weekly or biweekly) with team members to support development and performance. ● Oversee the addition of new service locations, ensuring compliance and accurate payer updates. ● Demonstrate proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, Word, and Salesforce. Expectations: 1. Demonstrate a high level of accuracy, proficiency, and attention to detail in all tasks. 2. Maintain strong organizational and planning skills to effectively manage priorities and workload. 3. Communicate proactively, clearly, and consistently with the Credentialing Manager and team members. 4. Be open, approachable, and receptive to feedback, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement. 5. Consistently meet deadlines and team goals through focus, accountability, and follow-through. 6. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and actively contribute to improving processes and efficiencies. 7. Uphold a professional, solutions-driven mindset that supports collaboration and operational excellence.
