Position Description
- Partner with an operation’s leader to co-lead a team of RBTs
- Develop and maintain the responsibilities of a RBT Requirements Coordinator for a team of Impact Technicians. This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring, auditing, and prompting RBT level supervision and documentation.
- Create and oversee the clinical policies and practices for the Impact Team
- Effectively collaborate with Clinical Directors, Operations Managers, Behavior Analysts, and regional leaders
- Provide program orientation training to center teams, including the Operations Managers, Clinical Directors, BCBAs, and Centralized Schedulers receiving support from the Impact Team
- Coordinate supervision expectations and follow up across Behavior Analysts
- Monitor and support treatment effectiveness for technician sessions, including oversight of trial counts and session note quality
- Travel across the market to observe Impact Technicians
- Complete RBT evaluations and participate in Elevate conversations; monitor ongoing performance requirements to maintain Impact Technician role eligibility
- Provide feedback to Impact Technicians across all aspects of performance, including but not limited to, clinical quality, professionalism, communication with stakeholders, attendance/timeliness, and responsiveness to feedback
- Oversee ongoing training and development of Impact Technicians, including implementation of Skill Up training, monitoring PDU completion, and training on generalization
- Participate in interviews for candidates applying for Impact Technician positions
- Demonstrate flexibility as the needs of the program evolves
- Assist with other projects when time permits
Qualifications
- Has at least 1 year experience at ABC
- ABC Assistant Clinical Director or above
- Must reside in Colorado
- Demonstrate expert knowledge on RBT requirements coordinator supervision model
- Proven success developing systems to drive results, Organization Behavior Management experience highly preferred
- Effectively and systematically communicates up, down, and across tiers
- Successfully maintains the BACB and ABC’s RBT supervision expectations, including ability to teach rules and documentation requirements
- Establishes self as a leader by following through on commitments, seeking resources and solutions for teammates, and engaging meaningfully
- Identified as a meaningful and sought after resource by peers
- Respond and adjust behavior when feedback is provided
- Takes initiative to drive culture for their team and throughout the center
- Organized, meets timelines, proficient in Google Suite
