Job Description
Job Duties:
- Manages administrative changes for active authorizations
- Data entry for administrative adjustments for active authorizations
- Calls into insurance companies to make authorization adjustments as needed
- Supports Resource and Training team as necessary to confirm active authorizations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated organization, facilitation, written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated skills in collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving to achieve goals
- Demonstrated skills in verbal communication and listening
- Demonstrated skills in providing excellent service to customers
- Excellent writing skills
- A high level of integrity and trust
- Clerical experience preferred, but not required
