RCM - Quality Compliance Specialist Location: In-office for candidates located around Austin, TX; Remote for those outside the area. Type: Full Time Min. We will train on specific task items listed below, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own. Required:

- 1-2 years of previous job experience
- 1-2 years of medical record/auditing experience highly preferred
- Performs appropriate follow-up activities on documentation reviews/audits
- Takes necessary action to ensure timely resolution with providers
- Prioritizes and completes all work in an accurate, effective and efficient manner
- Performs detailed follow-up activities on assigned patients/centers according to procedures
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Detail oriented and ability to meet daily goals
- Enjoys being a team player
- Great at using Excel and Word
