Job Description
Position: Everest Fieldwork Specialist
Type: Full Time
Location: Hybrid
This position is designed to enhance the integrity of fieldwork implementation for Everest’s Trainees and Responsible Supervisors. The Everest Fieldwork Specialist reports to the VP of Clinical Services.
Position Description
- Lead informational calls for prospective trainees
- Develop educational materials and host trainings for new supervisors and new trainees on the BACB’s fieldwork requirements and ABC’s expectations
- Create Everest introduction content for clinical and operations training cohort leaders
- Upkeep ABC’s fieldwork systems (e.g., supervision contract, fieldwork documentation app)
- Audit Trainee and Supervisor practices and documentation systems; provide follow up coaching
- Maintain ABC’s internal BCBA training materials (e.g., Rising Star Curriculum, BCBA Apprentice Training) up to date
- Support the review process for University requests
- Effectively collaborate with supervisors, center leaders, regional leaders, Teammate Experience Ambassadors, and the Clinical Quality Specialist team
- Travel to various markets to support Everest teammates and leaders
- Demonstrate flexibility as the needs of the program evolves
- Assist with other projects when time permits
Qualifications
- Has at least 1 year experience at ABC
- ABC Sr. Clinical Director or above
- Must reside in an ABC region
- Proven success developing systems to drive results, Organization Behavior Management experience highly preferred
- History of success implementing the BACB’s fieldwork requirements and ABC Everest expectations
- History of success supervising trainees with at least two trainees passing their BCBA exam on their first attempt
- Effectively and systematically communicates up, down, and across tiers
- Successfully maintains the BACB and ABC’s supervision expectations, including ability to teach rules and documentation
- Establishes self as a leader by following through on commitments, seeking resources and solutions for teammates, and engaging meaningfully
- Identified as a meaningful and sought after resource by peers
- Respond and adjust behavior when feedback is provided
- Takes initiative to drive culture for their team and throughout the center
- Organized, meets timelines, proficient in Google Suite
Evaluation of performance is based on increasing first time exam pass rates, increasing overall exam pass rates, and increasing Rising Star retention.
Base Salary
$92,000 - $93,500
Bonus Structure
Annual bonus up to 5% of base salary
