Job Description
Action Behavior Centers is a leading provider of ABA therapy services for children on the Autism Spectrum. Founded in Austin, Texas, we are looking for a motivated, top-notch Credentialing Specialist who wants to be a part of a stellar team and deliver exceptional results. The right candidate will be a natural self-starter with extremely strong attention to detail. We will train on specific task items listed below, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own. Required: ● When you upload your resume, please upload in PDF format ● Ability to speak eloquently about past accomplishments ● 2-10 years of previous job experience ● 1-5 years of credentialing experience preferred ● 2 + years of experience in an administrative role required (preferably Behavioral Health or Healthcare) ● Delegated Credentialing experience preferred ● Fully understand CAQH Attestations and processing ● Proficient at using Excel and Word (Google Suite Products preferred) Responsibilities: ● Prioritizes and completes all work in an accurate, effective and efficient manner ● Maitan Availity database additions, changes and verification requests ● Participate in delegated credentialing projects as assigned ● Maintaining the provider/group demographic change database. Updating the database with appropriate changes in provider or group information. ● Timely resolution on payor information requests ● Train Specialists and implement processes for enrollment in dual markets ● Facilitate payer calls to address contracting or credentialing issues ● Able to act independently to review and assess provider/group demographic changes for completion, identify credentialing concerns and request appropriate follow up information from providers or other sources as needed ● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks or other duties as needed ● Complete all assigned special projects within a reasonable time frame Expectations:
