Rachel Koontz has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 10 years. She attended Sam Houston State University and received her Master’s Degree in Special Education in addition to her coursework to become a behavior analyst.  She has been with ABC for just over 1 year. As part of being a Clinical Director, Rachel has worked hard to support her team of BCBAs and RBTs while helping to grow the in-home program with ABC. Rachel lives in Houston with her husband, youngest child, and 4 dogs.

Samantha Sevegney

Samantha Sevegney (Seven-YAY!) She is the Senior Clinical Director of our Kingwood Northpark Location. In 2018 she joined the ABC Team in Austin and then moved to Houston to be closer to family. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to collaborate with many BCBAs and operators at ABC. Recently she was able to collaborate with 2 other BCBAs on an organization-wide presentation on Assent and Compassionate Care.

Beata Shepherd

Clinical Director |Woodlands Research Forest, TX

Beata began as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2015 in Florida after graduating with her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. In 2016 she began her Master’s in Counseling with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis at Nova Southeastern University. Beata has helped children in a variety of settings including at home, school, and in clinic with children ages between 3-16. After moving to Houston, Texas, and completing her Master's Program, Beata accepted a Case Supervisor position in 2019. Her BCBA journey began serving at a non-profit organization that supported children’s transition into the least restrictive educational settings. Beata continues to expand her professional career at Action Behavior Centers as a Clinical Director.

Kayla Zaluski

Kayla was born and raised in Houston and lives in Conroe with her high school sweetheart and their daughter. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2016 and has been in the field of ABA since. She is an experienced Program Supervisor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the individual and family services industry. Kayla joined the ABC family last year after returning from maternity leave and has loved every minute of it.

Amie has worked across multiple settings including public school, centers, home, community, and telehealth. Amie has worked with individuals of all age ranges from early intervention through adulthood and has supervised students seeking board certification for over 5 years. Amie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Master's degree in Special Education and has been a certified Behavior Analyst since 2016. Amie is passionate about providing access to quality and compassionate care and creating an environment for both staff and patients alike to excel.

Kelsey Every

Kelsey is a Minnesota native living in the Houston heat! In 2015, she graduated from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff with a bachelor's degree in Rehabilitative Services. Upon graduating and moving to Houston, she began her ABA career as a Behavior Technician. She fell in love with the field and quickly began her graduate program at Ball State University majoring in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism. Kelsey then became a BCBA in 2020. Her experience is widespread across age and skill levels including early intervention all the way to adults and adolescents. She takes pride in leading a team that provides high-quality, compassionate, and effective care to each and every family that enters our doors to reach life-changing goals.

Miranda Olsen

Miranda attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she studied under Dr. Tiffany Kodak and received her Master's in Psychology with a concentration in Behavior analysis. Miranda has worked at home, in early intervention clinics, and in schools since starting in the field in 2015. Miranda has worked with patients from 18 months to 21 years of age, with a focus on patients 18 months to 6 years old. Miranda’s passion is helping shape supervision students and newly minted BCBAs into strong, well-rounded clinicians, who will provide compassionate and high-quality care to our patients.

Chris has been in the field of ABA for over 14 years and has been a BCBA for over 7 years. He has experience with 18-month to 22-year-olds in school, home, and center settings. Chris strives to help everyone he meets by providing support, teaching, and compassion. What Chris loves most about his job is being able to watch the growth of both patients and teammates. He is passionate about providing the best possible trauma-informed assent-focused ABA possible that has meaningful impacts on the patient’s everyday life.

Audry Moore grew up in Denver, Colorado, and recently moved to Houston, Texas with her husband and two dogs! Audry has eight years of experience working in applied behavior analysis, and ten years of experience mentoring and teaching youth with developmental disabilities. Audry received her Ph.D. in 2022 in Behavior Analysis. Audry enjoys hiking, reading, cooking, and being in the mountains in her free time.

Stephanie moved from Chicago to Houston in August 2022. She's lived in multiple states and wanted to return to Texas! Stephanie completed an undergraduate degree in Special Education and Technical Writing in 2010. She started her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Autism Specialist certification in 2014. Stephanie has worked with learners from ages 2-36 years in age across multiple settings including clinic, home, community, and in-patient facilities. She started as an RBT in 2016, progressed to a BCBA, and then a Clinical Director in 2021. Stephanie is passionate about embracing neurodiversity, providing compassionate care, utilizing natural environment teaching, and including assent in all aspects of treatment.

Kaylee Bryson

Kaylee has been working with kids with Autism for about 6.5 years. She worked as a BCBA in Utah before moving to Texas in 2020. She's passionate and dedicated to serving each family she comes into contact with. Kaylee has experience working with patients across all age groups. She loves finding ways to help families incorporate ABA into their routines to day-to-day living to help their children meet success!

Cheryl Scuadroni has been in the ABA field for over 10 years, starting off as a Behavior Specialist in NY for group homes. Cheryl received her Master's Degree in Psychology from Mercy College in NYC and her certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from North Texas University. Cheryl is a Latina Puerto Rican bilingual BCBA, originally from New York. She has experience with completing assessments in both Spanish and English. Cheryl has experience working with adults, adolescents, early intervention, intellectual and developmental disabilities, bipolar disorder, and depression. Cheryl also specializes in operational behavioral management and is passionate about fighting for equal rights for all.

Jacqueline Galvani has been in the field of ABA for the past 15 years. She has worked in many types of settings across the US, including Early Intensive Behavior Intervention in centers, in-home, community-based and school-based settings. Jacqueline has helped open centers in many states, including Connecticut, Washington, Nevada, and Louisiana. She has worked with a variety of different ages, from 1.5 years all the way up to 32 years old. She is very passionate about working with individuals with ASD and loves spending her free time with her husband and 2 pups.
