The ABC Mission
Our Alamo Ranch ABA Therapy team is dedicated to serving children with autism by leading them to success in school, community, and ultimately, working environments. Above everything, ABC’s mission is not to be the biggest ABA therapy provider, but to be the best one.
Our Far West ABA Therapy Team: BCBAs and RBTs
Our children and families are taken care of by our highly experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). BCBAs are responsible for treatment planning, program updates, supervision of staff and kiddos, and parent training. RBTs work one-on-one with each kiddo on their therapy goals.
At ABC, we’re proud to have the highest retention rate in the ABA industry! Consistency is key in this kind of treatment. We want to make sure families are seeing the same faces around the clinic each day. Our Alamo Ranch ABA Therapy team will be a true part of your kiddo and family’s journeys.

What is the ADOS-2 Assessment?
ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) Assessments for Earlier Diagnosis.
A well-known problem in the Autism Community are the long waitlists families face when trying to get a form Autism diagnosis to begin receiving ABA services for their child.
In order to help solve this problem, Action Behavior Centers created an ADOS-2 Assessment Department to help children receive earlier diagnoses if medically necessary. After all, the earlier children can begin ABA therapy, the better the results!
Our Licensed Psychologists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) conduct the ADOS-2 assessment to help the child’s physician determine whether a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder is appropriate. Call today and our team will walk you through the scheduling process.
How Does ABA Therapy Work?
ABA therapy takes into account all of the specific needs of each individual on the Autism Spectrum. BCBAs are responsible for running initial assessments of each child and putting together the treatment plans and therapy goals. RBTs will implement these goals and targets in one-on-one therapy sessions.
Through repetition, positive reinforcement, and many other techniques, children will see significant gains in targeted areas like communication, language, social skills, independent living skills, and more. Our main goal at ABC is to help early learners transition into neurotypical school environments.
