Alex Hatcher
Regional Clinical Director | North Austin, TX
Alex graduated in 2015 with a Master of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Her research and thesis focused on contingency management and substance abuse. Since then, Alex's career has involved providing services to children, adolescents, and adults with autism and intellectual disabilities in residential, home, and clinic settings. She has been with ABC since January 2021 and has grown from Clinical Director to Regional Clinical Director. Her focus is on quality management and clinical development of Clinical Directors and BCBAs.

Amanda Wells
Regional Clinical Director | South Austin, TX
Amanda Wells is Action Behavior Center's Regional Clinical Director of South Austin. She has a Master's Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University's Severe Disabilities Consortium. Amanda started her ABA journey as a special educator in Houston, Texas in 2006 and has absolutely loved every moment of her career since then. Amanda has served adults and children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in the school, home, clinic, and community settings. A lover of the arts and inclusive education, she has contributed to building a variety of communities that are accepting and accessible to all, including over ten years of experience leading inclusive arts education endeavors in Richmond, Virginia.

Samantha Farrell
Senior Teammate Experience Ambassador | Austin, TX
Sam started with ABC over 2 years ago on the recruiting team! Towards the end of 2021, the Teammate Experience team was built out on people services and Sam has been honored to serve ABC in this new capacity ever since! Currently, Sam is able to partner with leaders and teammates across the region as we continue to grow and strive to be the best we can be. She's so thankful to work alongside this region and has learned so much along the way.

Devrah Buckles
Clinical Director | North East Round Rock, TX
Devrah has been in the ABA field since 2017 and has been with Action Behavior Centers since 2019. She was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Devrah received her bachelor degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Houston and her masters in Special Education, with an emphasis in ABA from Penn State University. Devrah and her husband live in Georgetown with their 2 year old son. They love to enjoy family time together playing outside with their pup, Zula.

Erin Costello
Clinical Director | Bridge Center, TX
Erin joined Action Behavior Centers in 2018. Prior to ABC, Erin was a speech therapist specializing in early childhood intervention for five years. She grew up in Michigan and moved to Texas in 2010. Erin holds a BA from Baylor University with a major in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a MS from Saint Joseph's University with a major in Behavior Analysis. She currently lives in Round Rock with her partner. She loves an adventure so on the weekends, you can find her hiking, on the water, or traveling wherever she can.

Kara Ratliff
Clinical Director | Old Settlers, TX
Kara Ratliff has been a BCBA since 2013. As an undergraduate, she studied Psychology at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. She received her master’s degree from Texas State University (eat em’ up Cats!) in Special Education specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis/Autism in 2012. Kara joined ABC as a BCBA in 2017 and became a Clinical Director in 2018. As a BCBA, her primary areas of interest are early intervention, naturalistic teaching, social engagement, and the development of social reinforcers. She also holds a credential in Practical Functional Assessment and Skill Based Treatment and has proudly pledged to address behavior reduction with Today’s ABA.

Jamie Burgan
Clinical Director | Cedar Park Arrow Point, TX
Jamie was first introduced to field of ABA while stationed in Alaska with her husband. She quickly developed a passion for better understanding how to help others using the principles of ABA. Shortly after moving back to her home state of Arizona, Jamie earned a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from The Sage Colleges in Troy, NY. While in Arizona, she worked for a non-profit organization providing health and human services for Arizona’s at-risk populations in outpatient networks, educational contexts, in-home services, and residential settings. Jamie worked in various roles from behavior assessment specialist to program director specializing in FBAs, behavioral support, and training. After 10 years of military service, Jamie and her husband moved to Texas where Jamie began her career with ABC in June 2019. Jamie started as a BCBA at our Northeast Round Rock location before being promoted to Clinical Director of the Cedar Park Arrowpoint (CPAP) location, and now serves as Senior Clinical Director overseeing CPAP and one of our newer centers, Cedar Park Whitestone.

Shea Norfleet
Clinical Director | Cedar Park, TX
Shea has worked in the field of ABA for nearly decade and prior to ABA worked in the field of clinical psychology for several years. The passion to change fields to ABA grew out of a desire to be able to truly measure progress with behavioral focused treatment. She graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Neuroscience/Psychology with a minor in Child Development, then earned a master degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She went back to school to gain a master degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and hasn’t looked back since. She has experience working with all different ages from young children to adults, but her passion lies in treatment children and aiding their families to learn how to aid their child in meeting their goals. She loves working in early intensive behavior treatment because every day is like Christmas morning. Seeing the kiddos progress and meet their goals, no matter how big or how small, is the best present she could ever ask for! Every day a child makes progress is a day a whole family unit changes, and that is joy that she can’t even put into words. She looks forward to getting to know you and your family, and could not be happier that you are choosing apart of the ABC family.

Ashley Matter
Clinical Director | Kramer, TX
Ashley has been in the field of applied behavior analysis for 12 years and has gained a variety of experiences in the school, home, and clinic settings. She attended the University of Florida, gaining her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology followed by her Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Maryland. She obtained her Ph.D. in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis at Texas Tech University in 2017 and has published and co-authored several research articles. Ashley values compassionate care, collaboration, and continuing to learn and grow alongside teammates, our clients, and their families. Ashley recently moved to Austin with her partner and two cats and loves to crochet in her free time!

Dr. Tracy Raulston
Clinical Director | Four Points, TX
Dr. Tracy Raulston began her career as an early childhood special education teacher and school district autism specialist more than 15 years ago. She received her master’s degree from Texas State University and her doctoral degree from The University of Oregon. While obtaining her doctoral degree, she trained graduate-level students in ABA at a university-based training clinic and assisted on multiple NIH-funded grants focused on parent training programs for families of children with developmental delay and autism. More recently, she worked as an Assistant Professor for Penn State University, where she developed and taught courses for their ABAI verified course sequence and mentored doctoral students. Dr. Raulston has a passion for applied research and has published 35 peer-reviewed articles, 4 book chapters, and 9 dissemination articles.

Meghan Bonner
Clinical Director | South Austin, TX
Meghan graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor’s in psychology in 2003. She earned a master’s degree in special education from the University of Texas at Austin in 2008. Meghan has worked in the field of ABA in various capacities including behavior therapist, school consultant, and program supervisor. She has been a BCBA since 2008. Meghan joined ABC as a BCBA in South Austin in November 2018. She was promoted to clinical director in November 2020 and senior clinical director in May 2022. In her free time, Meghan enjoys seeing live music, trying new restaurants, and hiking with her dog, Buddy.

Natalie Thomas
Clinical Director | Lakeway, TX
Natalie Thomas is a South Texas native who grew up in Pleasanton Texas and recently moved to the Austin area from San Antonio, Texas. While in undergrad, Natalie worked as an occupational therapy tech where her heart to work with autistic children began. Once she graduated she began her search to continue her work with families and individuals diagnosed with ASD and found ABA. Natalie has worked as a BCBA since 2017, working with ages ranging from 18 months to 16 years old within clinic, home and school setting. While in a leadership position, Natalie gained a new perspective in what it looked like for her to continue to provide quality clinical care to the families and children her clinic served. Natalie’s passion for quality training, employee support, and compassionate leadership developed as she saw how necessary it was to provide that to her staff as a leader, to then ensure that quality clinical service is ALWAYS provided to the patients served within the clinic.

Katie Sillis
Clinical Director | Austin At Home, TX
Katie Sillis began her journey at the University of Virginia, completing her undergraduate degree and Masters in Teaching with endorsement areas in General Education (K-6), Special Education (K-12), and Severe Disabilities (K-12). She taught for three years in Fairfax County Publics Schools in an ABA classroom for children K-6. Katie then moved to Austin to pursue her second Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Texas at Austin and to become a BCBA. Katie was the first clinical director of ABC’s at-home program and has loved to see the program expand and grow across regions. Katie loves to travel, bake, and spend time with her family, friends, and cats.

Shravya Sanagala
Clinical Director | Cedar Park 3.0, TX
Shravya graduated in 2019 with a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from the in person program at Arizona State University. Her research and thesis focused on complex social skills in younger learners. Since then, Shravya’s career has involved providing services to children and adolescents at ABC since September 2019 and has grown from BCBA to Clinical Director. Her focus is on clinical quality management and growing clinicians into strong team leaders. In her free time she enjoys exploring new green spaces, reading, and enjoying time with her friends and family.
